# Method:
01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the steamed spinach, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt until thoroughly blended.
02 - Arrange wonton wrappers or phyllo cups in a 12-cup muffin tin. Spoon the spinach cheese mixture evenly into each cup, filling to the top.
03 - Transfer the muffin tin to the oven and bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbling.
04 - Remove from oven and cool briefly. Sprinkle parsley over each cup prior to serving.
