Instructions

a. Spread butter evenly on each slice of white bread. b. Layer cucumber slices over 4 slices season lightly with salt and pepper and top with remaining bread. c. Cut each sandwich into 3 neat fingers.
Prepare the smoked salmon sandwiches:
