# Method:
01 - Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

04 - Stir shredded cheddar into the flour mixture.
05 - Blend cream soda with buttermilk in a separate bowl, then pour into dry ingredients. Gently mix until just combined; avoid overworking.
06 - Turn dough onto a floured surface and pat to 1-inch thickness. Cut into 1.5-inch rounds or squares.
