- Unicorn Sugar Cookies: 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour, 1 cup unsalted butter softened, ¾ cup granulated sugar, 1 large egg, 1 tsp vanilla extract, Royal icing various pastel colors, Edible gold dust
- Assorted Decorations: Rainbow marshmallows, Pastel-colored candies, Edible stars and pearls, Mini unicorn cake toppers
Instructions
- Step 1:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line cupcake trays and baking sheets as needed.
- Step 2:
- Prepare the Rainbow Unicorn Cupcakes: In a bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt add to the mixture alternately with milk. Divide batter into four bowls and color each with food coloring. Layer colored batters into cupcake liners. Bake for 18 20 minutes. Cool completely.
- Step 3:
- Make Magical Unicorn Frosting: Beat butter until creamy. Gradually add powdered sugar, mixing well. Add milk and vanilla beat until fluffy. Divide into bowls, tint with food coloring, and spoon into a piping bag with colors side by side. Swirl frosting onto cooled cupcakes. Top with edible glitter and sprinkles.
- Step 4:

- Arrange the dessert table: Place cupcakes, meringue kisses, and cookies on tiered stands. Scatter rainbow marshmallows, pastel candies, and edible decorations around. Add unicorn toppers for extra magic.
