# Method:
01 - Sift matcha powder into a bowl or mug to eliminate lumps.
02 - Add hot water and whisk vigorously in a zigzag motion until the matcha is completely dissolved and frothy.
03 - Warm the milk over medium heat in a small saucepan until steaming but not boiling, or froth using a milk frother.
04 - Distribute the matcha mixture evenly into two mugs.
05 - Incorporate sweetener to taste, if desired.
06 - Slowly pour the steamed milk over the matcha, holding back foam with a spoon, then top with the reserved foam.
07 - Serve immediately for optimal freshness.
