01 - 3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
02 - 1 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken (grilled, fried, or rotisserie)
03 - 1/3 cup Caesar dressing
04 - 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
05 - 1/2 cup homemade croutons
06 - Kosher salt, to taste
07 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

08 - 4 flour tortillas (10-inch diameter)

# Method:

01 - In a large bowl, mix chopped romaine lettuce, cooked chicken, Caesar dressing, grated Parmesan cheese, and croutons. Toss thoroughly with tongs to coat evenly. Season with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Adjust dressing quantity if desired. Set aside.
02 - Heat tortillas in a large skillet over medium heat for 15 to 30 seconds on each side until flexible, or microwave between paper towels for 15 to 30 seconds. Keep warm beneath a kitchen towel.
03 - Place warmed tortillas on a clean surface. Evenly distribute the salad mixture in the center of each tortilla.
04 - Fold the sides of each tortilla inward, then roll tightly in a burrito style. Use toothpicks to secure if necessary.
05 - Serve wraps whole or sliced in half as preferred.
